Easy Peasy Fudge
2 cups sugar
2/3 cup evaporated milk
12 regular size
marshmallows
½ cup butter
1 cup semisweet chocolate
chips
1 cup chopped pecans
1 tsp vanilla
Butter an 8x8-inch pan.
Set aside. In a 2-quart
saucepan over medium heat,
combine the sugar, milk,
marshmallows, butter, and
salt. Bring to a boil, stirring
constantly, and boil stir for
five minutes; watch the clock.
Remove from the heat, let
cool slightly, add chocolate
chips, stirring until complete-
ly melted. Mix in the pecans
and vanilla.
Spread into the prepared
pan. Refrigerate for several
hours. Cut into 24-36
squares. Put each square into
a small muffin paper.
